Our Commitment

BSides Chennai is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all participants. We are dedicated to creating an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, and intimidation based on any characteristics.

Expected Behavior

All participants are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity. This includes being professional, collaborative, and inclusive in all interactions at the event.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment in any form, discriminatory remarks, offensive language, unwanted physical contact, or any behavior that creates an unsafe environment will not be tolerated.

Enforcement

Violations of this code of conduct will be taken seriously. Enforcement measures may include warnings, event removal, or banning from future events.

Reporting

If you witness or experience harassment, please report it immediately to the event organizers or contact our CoC team at coc@bsideschennai.in.
